The Herb Circle Series offers a space to slow down, reconnect with nature, and connect with each other. Each session focuses on one herb at a time, exploring its healing qualities, practical uses, how to grow and harvest it, and ways to incorporate it into daily life. Ideal for beginners, home herbalists, and practitioners alike.
Held in an intimate setting (8 participants), the sessions foster a deep, tranquil connection with the plant.
In each session, you will:
- Learn how to grow your own plant, the best time to harvest, and how to safely use it. Take home seeds or cutting of the plant.
- Experience a grounding tea ritual that cultivates mindfulness while exploring the healing properties of the herbal tea you’ll be drinking.
- Connect with a community of plant lovers and share your passion for all things herbal
- Receive a handout covering all the information explored in the session.
Join me in my medicinal herb garden, where you will be personally introduced to each plant—the best way to truly learn to identify and understand them. I look forward to sharing the wisdom of these plants with you.
