The information that you provide is treated in the strictest confidence, seen only by myself,  herbalist Patrizia.  Once I have assessed the information provided you will receive an email with my recommended treatment. At times, when your condition is complex and to provide the best professional service you may be asked to book an online or in-clinic appointment, this does involve a fee. There is no fee for this online consultation form to be assessed. My herbal preparation requires that individual preparations are formulated and dispensed on a per-case basis and that records be kept. It’s definitely in your best interest to be looked after and be provided with the correct herbs by a professional herbalist.
